The role
As a working production foreman at our client company in Hedel, you combine hands-on work on the production floor with guiding colleagues. You support the production team leader with day-to-day planning and coordination and contribute to staffing plans and task allocation.
Responsibilities and schedule
- Work in production and guide colleagues on the shop floor.
- Monitor the progress, quality and efficiency of the production process.
- Help ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality requirements, including HACCP/CCP.
- Identify bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements.
- Be prepared to work variable shifts.
What you bring
- Completed VMBO or MBO education.
- Good command of Dutch.
- Knowledge of HACCP or willingness to learn.
- Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
- A proactive, flexible and sociable approach, with commitment to the team.
- Ability to stay calm and keep an overview during busy periods.
- A solution-oriented, hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
