Who we are
Axtreno places drivers, logistics staff and operators with employers. Send questions about your data to info@axtreno.com.
What data we collect
When you sign up: your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, town, job, driving licences, Code 95, ADR and your message. Employers also share their company name. The pay check calculates anonymously; we only keep the calculation together with your details if you leave them afterwards.
Why
We only use your data to contact you about work or staff and to match you with a suitable job or employee. We do this on the basis of your consent.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in a secured Supabase database in Frankfurt, within the European Union.
How long
We keep your data for as long as we help you find work or staff, and for two years after the last contact at most.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent. Send an email to info@axtreno.com. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
