Step 2: The operator works via Axtreno
We take care of pay, hours and paperwork. You pay one all-in hourly rate per hour worked.
Step 3: Permanent with you
After 1,700 hours worked you take over the operator on your own permanent contract, with no takeover fee.

You pay one all-in hourly rate per hour worked. It covers the wages, the employer costs and our fee. The rate is fixed before the operator starts.
