The role
At the production site in Gilze, you work with a team to make wooden pallets, export crates and industrial packaging. The site also recycles pallets.
Your duties include feeding machines with wood, handling minor malfunctions and changing machine setups for new orders. You follow the production plan, keep your work tidy and safe, contribute ideas for improvements and take on other tasks when needed.
Working hours
This is a full-time role on day shifts. In the future, work may move to a two-shift schedule.
What you bring
- Technical insight and a willingness to learn.
- You enjoy hands-on work and are able to carry out physical tasks.
- You speak Dutch.
- Production experience is preferred, especially working with wood.
- You live within reasonable commuting distance of Gilze.
- You work responsibly and accurately.
