The role
As a versatile production worker, you will help produce sheets and 3D-shaped parts from polyurethane block foam. After a thorough onboarding period, you will work across a range of tasks and gradually learn different production duties, enabling colleagues to cover for one another.
You will work with your team on orders for domestic and international markets. The varied work takes place in the sawing department or the block production area.

What you bring
- Completed technical vocational education at LBO/MBO level; practical experience is an advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch.
- A practical approach, the ability to work independently, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Good communication and consultation skills.
- An accurate, precise and structured approach to work.
- A positive attitude, a sense of responsibility, flexibility and a results-oriented mindset.
