The role
In a production environment in Almelo, you can develop from a production worker into a hands-on shift leader. You will first learn the production process and then lead a shift with two colleagues. The production process uses injection moulding.
Responsibilities
- Set up, check and operate machinery.
- Resolve first-line faults yourself.
- Collect products coming off the line and check their quality.
- Clean moulds and keep the production hall tidy.
- Allocate work and make sure it is carried out according to plan.
- Work with production support, planning and the technical service team, and attend the morning meeting.
- Take responsibility for production improvement actions where needed and ensure a clear shift handover.

You will work a rotating five-shift schedule.
What you bring
- Experience as a shift leader, or experience as a production worker and the desire to take this next step.
- Completed Injection Moulding I and II courses, or willingness to take them.
- A valid forklift certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- An interest in injection moulding technology.
- Good spoken and written Dutch.
