The role
As a technical production employee, you will be involved in the full production process for ICT equipment, from receiving and checking goods to testing, recording and preparing products for dispatch. Careful handling and accurate records are important.
What you will do
- Receive, inspect, sort and register incoming goods.
- Test and register ICT equipment.
- Identify and resolve technical problems.
- Accurately record products and processes in a warehouse management system.
- Pack processed products and prepare them for dispatch.
- Suggest ways of working more efficiently.
- Identify and report incidents.
- Handle data storage media, such as hard drives, carefully.
- Work with colleagues and carry out tasks independently.
