The role
We are looking for a senior all-round production worker for our client company in Weurt. You will work with a range of machines and production techniques, carry out different operations, and handle assembly and packing. You will guide colleagues and contribute ideas to improve the production process.
Your responsibilities
- Read and follow work, quality and machine set-up instructions.
- Prepare and check the production equipment required.
- Operate and start machines and carry out a variety of production and finishing tasks.
- Assemble and carefully pack products.
- Carry out in-process and final checks using measuring equipment; record measurements, materials used and hours worked.
- Resolve minor faults and carry out basic maintenance.
- Guide colleagues, monitor production quality and advise the workshop supervisor on process improvements.

- Production experience is an advantage; a technical education or background is not required.
