The role
At our client company in the recycling sector in Venlo, you will work as part of a team processing incoming residual materials.
- You inspect and accept delivered residual materials.
- You sort materials by type and quality using a crane, forklift or manual sorting.
- You process sorted materials into bales using a baling press.
- You carry out first-line maintenance on presses, cranes, forklifts and other equipment, and keep machinery and materials tidy.
Hours
The position is 40 hours per week. Specific working hours and any shift pattern are not stated.
What you bring
- LBO/MBO-level work and thinking skills.
- Some experience in production or the waste sector.
- A forklift certificate; a crane or loader certificate is an advantage.
- An energetic, collegial, team-oriented approach, with attention to equipment maintenance and tidiness.
- A reliable approach and commitment to safe working.
- Availability for 40 hours per week and residence within 30 km of Venlo.
- Flexibility and no expectation of a rigid nine-to-five routine.
