Work in Utrecht as a production worker in recycling. You’ll use a forklift to move paper and plastic to the processing line, handle finished bales, and help with loading, unloading and minor machine maintenance.
The role
At our client company in Utrecht, you’ll help process waste paper and plastic for reuse. The materials are sorted, mixed or pressed directly into bales. You’ll use a forklift to bring waste paper and plastic to the processing line’s conveyor and ensure that waste paper is fed into the machine steadily and by type. You’ll also move the finished bales and load and unload trucks.
You’ll carry out minor machine maintenance and help with manual tasks when needed. You’ll keep the work area tidy and orderly and help keep the forklift and machinery in good condition.
Working schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
What you bring
- A valid forklift certificate and experience operating a forklift.
- Good spoken Dutch.
- A VCA certificate is an advantage, but not required.
- You live in Utrecht or nearby.
