The role
As a production worker, you operate machinery and help keep the production process running smoothly. You check product quality and report faults promptly. Safety and quality come first: you follow clear work instructions and procedures and work with your team toward daily production targets.
During your onboarding, you receive guidance to help you work independently. You join a close-knit, informal team and have room to develop your skills.
Schedule and offer
- Rotating five-shift schedule.
- 16 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preference.
- Hourly pay of €17.17 to €19.00, excluding shift allowance.
- Temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre.
What you bring
- Education level: secondary school.
- Experience in production or a technical environment.
- Willingness to work a rotating five-shift schedule.
- Own transport, such as a car or bicycle.
- Proficiency in Dutch or English.
- Strong awareness of safety and quality.
