A production company in Hilversum is looking for a production worker who wants to progress to an operator role. You will work with different production setups and machines. You will learn the production process on the job.
Your responsibilities
- Operate different production setups and machines.
- Check that your work meets customer expectations.
- Carry out quality checks.
- Record and document your work.
- Keep your work area clean.
Hours and contract
The role is 32–40 hours per week, with flexible working times. It is a temporary position, with the possibility of a permanent appointment afterward.

- LBO/MBO education level.
- Ambition to progress to an operator role.
- Technical aptitude.
- Metalworking experience is an advantage.
