The role

At our client company in Drachten, you will work as a production worker on a wash line for precision-engineered products. Following work instructions, you place items in designated baskets, independently operate the assigned machines and internal handling equipment, and ensure cleaned items are moved safely to the next workstation. You keep the work area clean, tidy and safe, empty waste bins on time and handle waste in line with environmental and safety requirements. You work closely with colleagues as part of a close-knit team.

Schedule and hours

You work a two-shift schedule. The early shift runs from 06:00 to 14:30. The late shift runs from 14:15 to 23:00 Monday to Thursday and ends at 21:45 on Friday. You occasionally work on Saturday and/or Sunday, usually from around 10:00 to 12:00. Weekend shifts are shared by agreement. The working week is 32–40 hours.
