Prepare production batches, operate machinery and submit samples for quality control in a production role in Apeldoorn. The schedule is 40 hours per week across early and late shifts.
The role
At our client company in Apeldoorn, you will prepare production batches according to production orders. You will gather and check the required raw materials, set up and operate machinery across different production departments, and submit production samples for quality control. You will carry out any adjustments recommended by the quality team. You will also complete production records, prepare a sample of rejected product, take finished products off the line, and clean the machines, materials and work area.
Hours and shifts
The role is 40 hours per week on a two-shift schedule:
- Early shift: 06:30–15:00
- Late shift: 14:30–23:00
What you bring
- MBO level 3 work-and-thinking level, preferably in a production-related field.
- Good command of Dutch to understand safety instructions and read production orders.
- Forklift and reach truck certificates, or willingness to obtain both.
- A practical, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and motivation to progress to an all-round production worker role.
- Willingness to work a two-shift schedule.
