The role
As a production worker in Apeldoorn, you'll handle varied tasks as part of a team. With support from colleagues, you'll learn to work across different departments and can progress to an all-round production worker.
Your responsibilities
- Order the correct raw materials and check them against the production order.
- Prepare production batches in vats according to recipes, paying attention to quality and quantity.
- Set up and operate machinery in different production departments.
- Submit production samples for quality control and follow through on any required adjustments.
Working hours
You can work a day shift from 06:30 to 15:00 or a two-shift schedule with shifts from 06:30 to 15:00 and from 14:30 to 23:00. There are no night shifts. A 13% allowance applies to the two-shift schedule.
What you bring
- MBO-level education.
- You speak Dutch well and can read it well, which is needed for safety instructions and production orders.
- A hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work a two-shift schedule.
