The role
As a production worker, you will work in the workshop in Tiel, Gelderland, on ovens and industrial systems. You will insulate and clad ovens and assemble internal components. You will also work on modules and subassemblies, customer-specific special builds and overhaul work.
Your responsibilities
- Cut insulation materials and ceramic bricks to size, then position and stack them correctly.
- Assemble and test heating elements, thermocouples and internal components; check connections and assembly.
- Complete the exterior finish, fit handles, small covers and finishing caps, and check the final quality.
- Work with technical drawings or learn to read them; improve work methods with efficiency and safety in mind.
- Carry out functional dry tests and final inspections in the workshop and contribute to FAT preparations.
