Looking for active, varied work on an on-call basis? Support sheet-metal production with bending, short production runs, powder coating and assembly. Work flexibly according to your availability and learn from experienced colleagues.
The role
As a production worker, you step in where extra capacity is needed in sheet-metal production. You support different departments and learn from experienced colleagues. Tasks vary with the daily plan.
What you’ll do
- Support manual sheet-metal bending during busy periods, especially on Fridays. Experienced colleagues set up the machines; you operate them and assist with the process.
- Work in a QRM cell on short runs that vary from day to day, carrying out assembly, masking and riveting. You can eventually perform these tasks independently.
- In the powder-coating department, hang products up and take them down. Depending on the daily plan, you also assist on the line.
- In assembly, fit components together and help complete the work where needed.
- As you develop, opportunities may arise to move toward independently operating machines such as a welding robot.
What you bring
- A practical, hands-on attitude.
- A willingness to learn and work across different departments.
- The flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.
- Experience in manufacturing is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- An interest in technology.
What’s offered
- On-call work based on your availability, suitable for combining with study or another job.
- Flexible assignments and working hours by agreement.
- A pleasant atmosphere in a dynamic production environment.
- An attractive salary and a good pension scheme under the Metalektro collective agreement.
- Room for personal development, including courses and training.
