Support workshop operations in a technical metal-manufacturing environment. You will sort sheet-metal parts and products, assist colleagues with machinery, assemble products and remove leftover materials.
The role
At our client company in Oudenbosch, you will support the workshop in a dynamic, technically oriented metal-manufacturing environment. You will help process parts and products carefully and keep material flows running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Remove and sort sheet-metal parts, and handle incoming and outgoing products.
- Support colleagues working with various machines.
- Assemble products.
- Remove leftover materials.
What you bring
- An interest in metalworking and technology; some relevant experience is an advantage.
- An understanding of machining, production and logistics processes.
- A good command of Dutch and/or English.
- Experience with computers and/or handheld scanners is an advantage.
- You work accurately, are customer-focused and flexible, and are resilient under pressure, enthusiastic, considerate, sociable and proactive.
- A VCA certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- A valid forklift operator certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- A certificate in safely slinging loads under 10 tonnes, or willingness to obtain one.
