The role
As a Production Worker at our client company in Maasvlakte, you will operate machinery and equipment used for loading and unloading. You will help ensure that operations run safely and smoothly. After thorough onboarding, you will work independently as part of a close-knit team.
Responsibilities
- Operate loading and unloading machinery and related equipment.
- Identify and report faults or deviations.
- Follow established safety and environmental procedures.
- Keep the work area safe and tidy.
- Work with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.
Shifts
You will work in a continuous-operation shift system with varying shifts.
What you bring
- A level 3 qualification in Port Operations Coordination is preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors and do hands-on work.
- A strong safety mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills and a collegial, open, willing-to-learn attitude.
