The role
As a production worker, you support the production process in Lutjewinkel. You load products into production equipment according to the schedule and unload them again. You check products for damage or irregularities, carry out quality checks, and resolve minor faults or report them to the technical department. You also clean the machines and keep your work area clean and safe in line with procedures.
Hours and shifts
You work a rotating five-shift schedule, for 32 to 40 hours per week.
What you bring
- You speak Dutch.
- You are available to work a five-shift schedule.
- You work accurately, pay attention to detail and have technical aptitude.
- You tackle problems independently and contribute ideas.
- Your working and reasoning level is equivalent to Dutch MBO level 1 or 2; no specific qualification is required.
- You can travel independently to the workplace in Lutjewinkel.
- Production experience is an advantage, but not required.
What is offered
