The role
As a production worker at our client company in Wapenveld, you will help with the production process. Your duties include:
- Reviewing the recipe and the required raw materials.
- Dosing and mixing raw materials by hand and with mixing machines.
- Carrying out first-line maintenance in line with standard operating procedures.
- Cleaning machines and following HSE guidance, safety procedures and ergonomic guidelines.
Schedule and offer
- Rotating shifts, 36–40 hours per week.
- Gross pay of €15.28–€15.91 per hour, excluding an 11.25% shift allowance.
- A temporary contract for one year to start.
- Pension accrual.
- Travel-cost reimbursement of up to €8.58 per day worked.

What you bring
- VMBO/MAVO education.
- At least one year of relevant experience as an operator, production worker, production operator or in a similar role.
- Availability for at least 36 hours per week and ability to do physically demanding work.
- Good spoken and written Dutch to understand safety instructions and communicate on the shop floor.
- Your own transport to the work location in Wapenveld.
- A forklift certificate is an advantage.
