The role
You will work in a dynamic production environment in Venlo on precision-engineered products. Care, quality and attention to detail are important. Alongside a range of production tasks, you will carry out spraying on complex products as a backup sprayer.
Responsibilities
- Spray complex products in line with standards and work instructions, using personal protective equipment.
- Deburr fine-mechanical products with pneumatic tools, hand files and tumbling equipment.
- Blast precision products using corundum and glass, and maintain the equipment.
- Mask products according to specifications, check the accuracy of the masking and remove it when needed.
- Determine work tasks from drawings and help maintain an organised, efficient production environment with your colleagues.

- At least MBO-level education and a technical aptitude.
- Production experience and experience using tools are an advantage.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
