The role
As a production worker with our client company in Venlo, you will work on site in a technical production environment. You will prepare products for further processing and carry out tasks carefully, safely and according to the work order.
What you’ll do
- Unpack products in line with the work order.
- Select suitable baskets and tools, and prepare products using the specified loading method.
- Set products up for further processing and record their distribution on the work order.
- Remove products from batches, inspect them and clean them when needed.
- Pack products carefully and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Keep your work area tidy and follow safety rules.
Hours and shifts
You will work on site in rotating shifts, for 4 to 40 hours per week. You must be willing to work overtime when needed.
What you bring
- A VMBO Basis-level qualification or practical training.
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage; a short induction period is sufficient.
- A good command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
- An interest in technology, practical skills and a careful approach to hands-on work.
- An independent and flexible attitude.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when needed.
- Willingness to complete safety, forklift and lifting and hoisting training.
