The role
As a production worker in Soest, you will work in a modern production environment making liquids. You will operate, set up and adjust automated machines and production lines. You will carry out quality checks, identify and resolve minor faults independently, and contact the technical service team about more serious faults. You will coordinate with the logistics department on materials and stock, contribute ideas for process improvements, and maintain a safe, clean and organised workplace.
Shifts and what is offered
This is a full-time role, and an immediate start is possible. You will mainly work a two-shift schedule; during busy periods, this may switch to three shifts.
- Gross monthly pay of €3,100–€3,399, including shift allowance.
- Temporary contract, with the prospect of a permanent contract based on good performance.
- Travel allowance of €0.24 per kilometre.

What you bring
- Technical aptitude and an interest in working with machinery.
- Production experience is an advantage.
- A technical vocational qualification is beneficial but not essential.
