The role
At our client company, you will help prepare and dispatch intermediate and finished products in line with specifications. In consultation with your supervisor, you will operate, monitor and adjust part of the production process. Previous experience is not required.
Your responsibilities
- Take in-process and final inspection samples and deliver them to the inspection room in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
- Identify faults and report them to your supervisor.
- Check incoming packaging materials by type and quantity, and report discrepancies to your supervisor.
- Fill finished products into packaging according to the filling order.
- Apply the required labels and markings to packaging, label packed products and ensure the correct quantity in each package.
- Stack packed products on pallets in the prescribed pattern.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with procedures.
- Carry out first-line maintenance by keeping equipment clean.
- Assist with various tasks.
