Work as a production worker in Dordrecht: monitor the process, check that everything is running smoothly and help resolve minor faults. You will work in a regular team on a three-shift rota.
The role
Rather than staying at one machine, you move between different parts of the process and check that everything is running properly. You work with a regular team to keep production running. The work takes place in an environment where bulk materials and other goods are handled and stored. You can influence the process and contribute to improvements.
Shift pattern
You work a three-shift rota, with no full continuous-operation schedule and no weekend work. The rota changes weekly:
- Week 1: morning shift, 06:00–14:30.
- Week 2: evening shift, 14:15–22:45.
- Week 3: day shift, 07:30–17:00; duties during this shift focus mainly on logistics.
What you bring
- Willingness to work a three-shift rota.
- A forklift certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- An affinity with machinery.
- The ability to resolve minor faults independently, or a willingness to learn.
- Enjoyment of working as part of a team. No specific education or background is required.
What is offered
Overtime is paid at 150%. Benefits also include an end-of-year payment, an allowance for safe working, holiday allowance and a generous pension scheme.
