The role
At our client company in Roosendaal, you will support operators throughout the production process in a modern manufacturing environment. You will be trained step by step on the job, with additional internal training, and can develop towards an operator role.
What you will do
- Prepare and check materials.
- Load and feed production machines and help with machine setup and adjustments.
- Process semi-finished materials and prepare them in time for the next production step.
- Identify, help prevent and, where possible, resolve simple faults.
- Record production data and entries in automated systems.
- Spot deviations and respond appropriately.
- Keep your work area safe, clean and organised.
