The role
At a client company in Honselersdijk, you help keep production of paper and cardboard products running smoothly. You work with different production machines, feed paper into them and monitor product quality.
Your responsibilities
- Operate production machines and help keep the process running smoothly.
- Prepare and feed paper into the machine for production.
- Inspect products and make sure any defects or deviations are addressed promptly.
- Work with colleagues to ensure materials are supplied and finished products are removed.
- Help unload trucks when needed.
- Suggest improvements and maintain a clean, safe workplace in line with quality standards.
What you bring
- Experience in technical work, production or machine operation is an advantage, but not required.
- You are practical and willing to get hands-on.
- You work carefully and care about quality.
- You can work independently and collaborate with others.
- You take responsibility for your work and contribute ideas for improvement.
- You understand and speak enough English to work with colleagues effectively and safely.
- You have education and work-related reasoning skills at (V)MBO level.
Working hours
You work day shifts, with no rotating shifts or weekend work. Full-time or part-time is possible; hours are agreed together.
