The role
As a production worker in Steenwijk, Overijssel, you will help make custom plastic pipework for sectors including infrastructure and construction. You will work with a regular team to complete orders from start to finish. The work is hands-on and includes repetitive tasks.
What you'll do
- Work with colleagues on orders.
- Saw and process plastic.
- Make components and bends to size.
- Check your own work carefully.
- Prepare finished products for dispatch.
Working hours
The day schedule runs from 07:00 to 16:00. The role is 32–40 hours per week, with no shift work; evenings and weekends are generally free.
What you bring
- You enjoy practical, hands-on work and are comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- You work accurately and check your own work.
- You are keen to learn new things and learn the trade.
- You can speak and understand Dutch.
- You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
- Production experience is an advantage, but not essential. Experience in assembly, construction or other practical work may also be useful.
- Your attitude and motivation matter more than a diploma.
An experienced colleague will train you step by step, so you can gradually work more independently.
