Prepare and process trays of fern plant material as part of a small team. The role is 32–38 hours per week, with shift work from March through June. Gross pay is €15.41–€17.87 per hour.
The role
As a production worker at our client company, you will work in a small team producing plant material for ferns. You will make sure enough trays are ready for the automated production line and prepare the containers with growing medium and plant material. The machine fills the trays; you then ensure they are sealed and labeled with the correct details and date. You will move between tasks and monitor the different stages of production. Once the required number of trays for one variety has been produced, you and your team will thoroughly clean the line before starting on another variety. Production takes place in a sterile environment, so good hygiene is essential.
