The role
As a production worker, you will work on the production floor at our client company in Breda, North Brabant. Together with your colleagues, you will prepare, treat and finish components according to plan. The work is varied, and you will be part of a close-knit team.
What you'll do
Depending on the order, your tasks will include:
- Preparing, hanging and finishing components.
- Degreasing parts and applying powder coating or spray finishes.
- Operating ovens, tools and production equipment.
- Inspecting and packing finished products.
- Loading, unloading and setting components ready for processing.
- Carrying out basic maintenance and cleaning, and keeping the work area tidy.
- Suggesting process improvements and helping colleagues when needed.
What you bring
- Completed lower vocational education (LBO) or an equivalent level.
- Basic knowledge of metal is an advantage.
- Motivation, willingness to learn and an eye for quality.
- The ability to work well with others and communicate clearly.
- A hands-on approach, tidy work habits and a positive attitude.
You may already have experience or be keen to learn the trade on the job.
