Production work in Niftrik on a rotating five-shift roster. Work in a team to maintain safety and quality, coordinating with technical and quality departments. Requires (V)MBO-level education, an affinity for mechanical processes and willingness to work early, late and night shifts.
The role
As a production worker in Niftrik, you work with eight fellow operators. You also have frequent contact with the technical department and quality department. Safety and product quality are important throughout the work.
Work and shift pattern
Every shift starts with a team briefing on the current production situation. The team discusses safety, production figures, quality and technical work. You then complete a handover at the workstation with the person finishing the previous shift. Together, the team maintains good-quality production for eight hours. The production programmes contain information available to everyone. Communication on the shop floor and discussing improvement points are part of the work.
You work a rotating five-shift roster, with early, late and night shifts. The roster includes two morning shifts, two evening shifts and two night shifts.
