The role
At our client company in Voorthuizen, you operate and maintain modern, largely automated production lines. You work in an experienced team and have regular contact with drivers and colleagues. Production includes different departments and roles with varying levels of complexity; together, you will identify the tasks that suit you best.
Working hours
You work 40 hours per week on a rotating three-shift schedule, Monday to Friday:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00.
- Week 2: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00.
- Week 3: Monday to Friday, 22:00–06:00.
Weekend or public-holiday shifts are optional and paid at 200%.
What you bring
- MBO-level education and work-related reasoning skills.
- A good command of Dutch to understand Dutch-language protocols.
- Experience as a production worker, or a willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights.
- Motivation, suitable personal qualities and an eye for quality.
