The role
At our client company in Ermelo, you coordinate day-to-day work on the production lines as a Production Team Leader. You support the team, monitor the plan and help keep production running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Discuss daily orders and the production plan with the team.
- Help colleagues start the production line and check stock levels.
- Answer questions, follow up on production orders and top up pigments when needed.
- Contact technical maintenance if a breakdown occurs; discuss process deviations with the laboratory.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure the work area is left tidy at the end of the day.
Schedule
You work 40 hours per week on a day shift. The workday runs from 08:00 to 17:00, with lunch from 12:00 to 12:30.
