The role
As a production team lead, you will work hands-on in the lily production process at a production site in Moerkapelle, South Holland. You will work with a team of 6–8 employees, combining practical production work with keeping an overview and coordinating the team.
You will monitor progress, adjust tasks when needed and support colleagues. You will also help new or temporary employees get started. You will be a point of contact for questions and work with the team to maintain quality.
