The role
As a production foreman at our client company in Tilburg, you lead the team in pre-processing and final assembly. You organize the daily production plan and monitor lead times and quality.
You coach and support operators and train new employees. You also work actively on the shop floor, carrying out mounting and assembly work.
You identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality. You resolve first-line operational issues and report risks to the production manager.
