The role
As a production associate, you will help manufacture chromatography columns and related consumables. You will support different production areas and help maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support across production areas and help troubleshoot production issues.
- Select and install production equipment, maintain it and carry out first-line repairs.
- Carry out product tests and technical analyses to identify the causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support the development and optimization of production procedures, focusing on cycle time, yield, cost efficiency, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
- Work with engineering colleagues to test and improve new and existing components, products and processes.
- Help assess and qualify raw materials and chemicals used in production.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance and quality control.

What you bring
- Preferably an MBO 4 or HBO qualification in analytical chemistry or a comparable field, or relevant experience in a laboratory or process environment.
- Fluent command of Dutch.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a production-focused attitude.
- Good communication skills for working with internal and external partners.
