The role
At our client company in Oosterhout, you will work in a modern, clean and well-organised workshop. You will assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards, using hand tools and ensuring a precise finish. You will check that each product meets requirements for quality, safety and function. You will also support an efficient production process and help meet daily and weekly targets.

Schedule and offer
This is a full-time role in a two-shift system, with day and late shifts. The schedule rotates, with alternating mornings or evenings off.
Gross monthly pay is €2,100–€2,600, depending on experience and education.
- 14% shift allowance on top of salary, plus 8% holiday allowance.
- Travel allowance of €0.40 per kilometre.
- Sports allowance of €400 per year.
- Bicycle allowance of €1,000 every three years.
- 25 days of annual leave and 13 ADV days under the Small Metal Industry collective agreement.
