Assemble and test custom-built machines and components, with occasional installation, training and service at customer sites. You bring at least three years of machine-building assembly experience and knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
The role
As a production assembler in Raalte, Overijssel, you assemble custom-built machines and components. You work independently or with a colleague, following project drawings and work instructions. You test the products and discuss assembly issues with the project engineer.
You are involved in internal testing and handover of new machines. When needed, you install machines at customer sites and provide thorough training to their employees. You may also carry out service and maintenance on existing machines at customer locations; service assignments may include work abroad.

- Take part in internal testing and acceptance of machines.
- Report the progress of your work to the production manager.
- Install machines at customer sites and train employees when needed.
- Carry out service and maintenance on machines at customer sites when needed, including abroad.
What you bring
- Technical skills and understanding at MBO+ level, gained through education and work experience.
- At least three years of experience as an assembly worker in machine building.
- Field service experience, or an interest in developing in this area.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Good spoken and written Dutch and English; German is an advantage.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team. You are professional, flexible, proactive, inventive, accurate, responsible and committed, with good communication skills.
