The role
At our client company in Heerhugowaard, you will make high-quality PTFE products in the workshop. You will work independently and as part of a team. Your tasks include maintaining machinery, keeping the workplace safe and tidy, loading and unloading goods, and packing products for dispatch. You will also contribute ideas for improving production and supporting innovation. Over time, the role will include service and repair work at customer sites.
What you bring
- MTS work-and-thinking level or LBO+ level, with specific knowledge and experience.
- A technical or electrotechnical background.
- Creativity, eagerness to learn, good communication skills and initiative.
- A flexible, customer-focused approach and a team-oriented attitude.
- Availability for full-time work (38 hours per week) and residence in or near Heerhugowaard.
