A client company in Vianen is looking for a practical production and logistics operative for 38 hours per week. You will carry out production work, assemble goods, handle stock and prepare shipments. Production or logistics experience is an advantage, but not required.
The role
You will work in a combined production and logistics environment at our client company in Vianen, Utrecht province. You will receive and process digital production data, carry out production tasks, assemble goods and pack consignments for dispatch. You will also process incoming and outgoing goods, arrange storage, carry out progress checks and counts, and keep the department clean and orderly. You will take on other related tasks as needed.
The role is 38 hours per week. No shift pattern or specific schedule is stated.
What you bring
- At least MBO level 2 work-and-thinking level.
- A good command of Dutch.
- Experience in production or logistics is an advantage, but not essential.
- Comfortable using computers and basic programmes such as Word and Excel.
- A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to work accurately and check your own work.
- A team-oriented attitude, with the ability to switch tasks and help colleagues when needed.
- The ability to stay calm when it is busy, work flexibly and ensure tasks are finished by the end of the day.
- A reach truck certificate is a plus.
