Prepare moulds for precast concrete elements and work alongside a colleague in production in Budel. You will read production drawings. Salary: €2,420–€3,150 per month.
The role
At our client company in Budel, Noord-Brabant, you will work as a production worker making precast concrete elements, including floor, wall, stair and balcony components.
What you’ll do
- Clean and close the mould.
- Prepare the mould with the correct cast-in components, such as bolts, pipes and lifting provisions.
- Place the reinforcement in the mould and prepare it according to the production drawing for concrete pouring.
- The foreperson checks the preparation. A colleague pours the concrete while you move on to the next mould.
- You always work with a colleague, often as part of a regular two-person team.

- You feel at home in a production environment and have technical aptitude.
- You can read production drawings.
- You are hands-on and work well as part of a team.
- You have a good command of Dutch.
Terms and benefits
- Salary: €2,420–€3,150 per month.
- Secondary benefits follow the CAO Betonproductenindustrie, the collective labour agreement for the concrete products industry: 27 days of annual leave, 12 ADV days, a good pension scheme and a 3.5% year-end payment.
