The role
You will carry out the powder-coating process for aluminium profiles in a production environment in Dronten, Flevoland. You will use the correct RAL colour, follow the daily schedule and ensure the profiles are ready for the next stage of production.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing and powder-coating aluminium profiles in the correct RAL colour.
- Checking colour, coverage, finish and quality.
- Carrying out a careful final inspection before the profiles move on to production.
- Monitoring the daily schedule and completing orders on time.
- Reporting deviations and contributing ideas to improve the process.
- Keeping the work area clean, safe and organised.
- Working with production colleagues to keep the process running smoothly.
Hours and schedule

What you bring
- An interest in technology, metalworking or surface treatment.
- Experience as a powder coater or in a similar role is an advantage, but not required. You can learn the trade.
