The role
In this role, you will produce and repair pallets using automated machinery. You will work in a dry, modern workshop in Weert as part of a small, close-knit team.

- Set up, operate and maintain production machinery.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electronic faults.
- Check the quality of pallets.
- Work flexibly across different tasks in the production process.

You will work day shifts.
What you bring
- Experience operating machines and resolving faults.
- Technical aptitude, practical skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to improving processes.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently when needed.
- VCA, forklift and VOP certificates, or a willingness to obtain them.
