The role
At our client company in Wolvega, Fryslân, you mix paints and coatings to precise recipes and match colours accurately. You carry out quality checks, prepare customer orders to specification and schedule, and operate and maintain mixing machines. You work with the production team to keep the process running smoothly.

You must be willing to work variable shifts in a five-team shift system. The role is 32–40 hours per week.
What you bring
- Proficiency in Dutch.
- MBO level in production or a technical field; no specific minimum qualification is required.
- Experience in a similar production role and familiarity with operating machinery.
- Technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
