The role
As a production worker in metalworking, you will operate different machines in production cells. You will help keep the process running by ensuring raw materials are replenished on time. The role calls for technical aptitude, attention to detail and a careful approach.
Your responsibilities
- Operate machines in production cells and replenish raw materials on time.
- Manage the efficient movement of materials into and out of the production cells.
- Check, monitor and record the progress of the production process.
- Finish and package products carefully in line with customer requirements and quality standards.
- Change, set up and maintain cutting tools in a timely manner.
- Carry out basic daily maintenance on the machines and installations within the production cells.
Hours and shifts
The working week is 38 hours. The schedule varies, and you must be willing to work shifts at a later stage.
What you bring

- Gross salary from €2,601 to €3,237 per month, depending on work experience. The CAO pay scales include a labour market allowance.
