Join a hands-on production team in Wolvega. You will handle materials, support galvanising and/or powder coating, and check the finish. Monthly pay is €2,750–€3,000, excluding a 14% shift allowance.
The role
As a production worker, you will work with colleagues to keep production running smoothly and safely. Under the foreperson's guidance, your duties include:
- Hanging and removing materials.
- Supporting galvanising and/or powder coating.
- Checking coating thickness and the appearance of the material.
- Processing orders correctly in the system.
- Operating a forklift when needed.
Shift pattern
The role is in a rotating two-shift system.
What you bring
- An interest in metal and an active, hands-on approach.
- Enjoyment of practical, manual work.
- Knowledge of steel or a willingness to learn.
- MBO-level working and thinking ability (Dutch vocational education level).
- A good command of Dutch.
- Willingness to work two shifts.
- Knowledge of the production process, machinery, production and safety procedures, and the quality system is an advantage.
- A lifting certificate and/or forklift certificate is an advantage.
