Help met de manufacture en assembly of metal products in Velsen-Noord while training step by step as a metal fabricator. Full-time or part-time; previous experience is not required.
The role
As a metal production worker, you will help manufacture, process and assemble a range of products, including bicycle shelters, steel frames and technical components. You will also assist with assembly work involving non-metal parts.
What you’ll do
- Help manufacture metal products.
- Learn to work with machines for sawing, welding, drilling, bending, grinding and punching.
- Fit and assemble components.
- Carry out quality checks.
- Keep the work area safe, clean and orderly.
Training and development
You will receive step-by-step, on-the-job training towards a role as a metal fabricator or assistant metal fabricator, and earn recognised certificates in individual metalworking skills. You will learn basic metalworking, safe working practices based on clear standards, teamwork in a professional production environment and responsibility for your work. You can progress at your own pace. Experience is an advantage but is not required.
Location and working pattern
The work is based in Velsen-Noord, Noord-Holland. Full-time and part-time work are available. A specific shift pattern and the exact weekly hours have not been provided.
