Contribute to GC-column production in Middelburg by filling and assembling chromatography columns, operating lab and production equipment, and checking quality. Permanent contract, 36 hours a week on a flexible day-shift schedule.
The role
You will contribute to the production of GC columns in Middelburg. Following standard operating procedures (SOPs), you will fill and assemble chromatography columns. You will also prepare and handle chemicals, solvents and production materials.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment and laboratory instruments.
- Monitor process parameters and carry out checks to help ensure product quality.
- Accurately document production steps, batch data and deviations.
- Work with the team to meet daily production targets.
- Follow safety requirements and quality standards.
What you bring
- MBO level 3 or higher in laboratory technology or analytical chemistry, or relevant practical experience.
- The ability to speak and write Dutch is required; English is an advantage.
- Experience with or knowledge of GC is an advantage.
- The ability to work with laboratory equipment and production tools.
- Attention to detail, a focus on quality and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility, good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
