The role
Our client company is looking for a junior production worker in Gramsbergen (Overijssel). You will work across several production lines, pack products according to instructions, replenish raw materials and monitor the production process. You will use technical drawings and a caliper to identify and report product deviations. You will support colleagues with other tasks as needed.
Schedule and requirements
The role follows a rotating five-shift schedule, and flexibility is required.
- Aged 18 or older.
- Vocational education and working/thinking skills at MBO level.
- Able to read technical drawings and use a caliper correctly.
- A motivated team player who spots what needs doing, keeps an overview across several lines and switches tasks quickly.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Good communication skills and able to take appropriate action when a production line has a fault or product deviations occur.
